Exercise:
• Hip Abduction

Description:
• slowly abduct one leg laterally
• toes may point outward slightly
• do not drop the leg completely
• keep your back upright

Duration:
• 15 repetitions each side

Musculature:
• Hip abductors
• Buttock muscles

Annotation:
• activates the hip joints
